The ordering provider or institution assumes full responsibility for all regulatory compliance, clinical decision-making, and appropriate use within the scope of their professional license.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including valid and active professional license and credential information.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.

You and NB Biopharma waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
