NB Biopharma LLC ("NB Biopharma," "we," "us," or "our") distributes research-grade materials within the United States to verified accounts, following quality-assurance and temperature-control protocols. We offer free standard U.S. delivery for verified orders exceeding $300. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and handled.

1. Domestic Distribution Timeline

Orders require 1–2 business days for verification and processing before shipment. Total estimated timelines, including processing and carrier transit, are:

  • Standard: 5–7 business days total.
  • 2-Day: 3–4 business days total.
  • Overnight: 2–3 business days total.

"Overnight" refers to the carrier transit time after an order has shipped, not from the time the order is placed. Orders received after our daily cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, may require additional processing time.

2. International Shipping

NB Biopharma does not ship internationally. Distribution is limited to verified accounts and institutional addresses within the United States.

3. Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the provider upon delivery by the carrier. NB Biopharma is not responsible for carrier delays, misdeliveries, or other events outside our reasonable control once an order has been handed to the carrier.

4. Storage

Many of our materials are temperature-sensitive. Providers are responsible for maintaining proper storage conditions immediately upon receipt to preserve product integrity.

5. Compliance

All materials are supplied for research and laboratory analysis only. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not intended for any diagnostic or therapeutic use. Materials are shipped exclusively to verified accounts.
